I'm so sorry you are going through this. I really just can't believe that she would actually have the nerve to come to your house and ask for them back!!! I honestly don't know what I would have done, but I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to be as calm as you, and I am really a calm person by nature! You did so well, holding it together like you did, and you owe her nothing. In fact you could always say that you don't know where they are now! I can't believe her! She must be one crazy bitch!

Take care of yourself, and your kids, and try not to let her get to you!

You might want to call the police that way if she does show up again the cops will know she is harrassing you.

I'd probably just flush them down the toilet and tell her to "go look down in the sewer for them and stay there with the rest of the sewer rats where she belongs". Honestly any woman that would come back to your house looking for the rings she lost while she was screwing your husband IN YOUR HOME has got to have more than a few screws loose. She really sounds like a psychotic bitch. Seriously though if she does have the nerve to come back AGAIN I'd call the police and tell them that "she keeps coming to your house and harassing you and that you are very concerned because you have children there". I'm sure they will tell her to leave you alone and I could just see Tootsie being dumb enough to tell the police how her rings got there. I'm sure they'd have a good laugh at her expense and realize what a nut case she is.

If she's that disturbed, I'd end this now. You did good. You held your own and didn't give in to her demands. You have enough on your plate without having to worry about what some lowbrow psychotic

...I really hope that you take the advice to call the police NOW seriously...I am sure that you can hold your own with Tootsie...but, she may confront one of your children...if you call now, there will be a "record" of her harassment...I personally would not give them back, period...do what you want with them, but tell her that you flushed them...eff her...

I almost posted on your other thread re: advice what to do with the ring.

Don't pawn them, don't flush them, or do anything to destroy them.

Pawn the rings and take the money and buy school cloths for the kids. Sorry, that's the way I roll!

Sorry you are going through this.

The longer you keep the rings, the more of a nuisance she will be.

Legally, the only thing you can do with those rings is give them

If she sues you for the rings, counter sue for alienation for affection. Her case will prove your case. Don't let this woman off easy. If you haven't admitted to having the rings to anyone. She has to prove she was in your home. A judge isn't going to go easy on her. Nobody likes a bimbo.

Having said that, if you're not about confrontation, send them to your husband via your lawyer. Posetion of valuables is hard evidence against his case. They might even be held as evidence. Then the OW will have to testify as to why they were in your home. This is pure gold for a court case. And the police will hold her rings for almost ever.

This is almost too glorious to think about. Thanks for letting me live out a fantasy on this thread. I'm sorry this is happening to you.
