screwed by the neighbor

I was in the same situation with my neighbor and the H. Only thing is her H don't know. I didn't tell him because I didn't know how he'd react and didn't want to take the chance of a physical altercation out in front of the other neighbors. You know cop cars possibly showing up to break up a fight. I had to think how embarrassing that would be to me as well. We weren't that close with them like you and your H were but did go to their house and sit and have some wine with them a couple times. Apparently her and my H were talking and flirting amongst each other when they were out in front doing yard work. I had no idea this was going on. Then one day he was in a hurry to do something and he accidentally minimized his e-mail on our laptop instead of closing it out. Well I went on and something made me look thru the e-mails cause he would sometimes close out the screen when I walked in. This had been going on for a while and I never said anything but wondered about it, just thinking it was a coincidence. So I confronted him and found out they'd met at a restaurant one time. Which I can tell is true by the e-mails. If i had not seen them I would not have known the truth or how it had gone. My H was trying to get something going with her and she told him she wasn't interested in taking it any further than flirting, although they did kiss goodbye at the restaurant. I think after that maybe she thought about how she'd be seen if this came out as we all have mutual neighbor friends. So anyhow she cut it off saying they could just be friends in the e-mail to him I saw. well he later found out that she flirts like this with other men in the neighborhood too and feels like an idiot now..And we have been invited to a couple of parties at their house since then and just didn't go. I ignore her now when I see her and she seems to only hang out front when her H is out there now, so I think she knows I know and is being careful not to even talk to him anymore. But if I find out their talking again, I will tell her H.
