I am sorry about what you are going through. DO NOT SPEND THAT MONEY YET!!!!! You may have to give some back. BEFORE you do anything else drastic..TALK TO A LAWYER! Money made during a marriage is usally split regardless of who owns what and who makes more money. Be careful...you may end up in hot water. If BOTH of your names are down as ownership for those schools, you are not allowed to keep all the money
Contact a lawyer ASAP!
Just a thought...the link to the website you put up...there are a lot of pictures of children on there. You may want to rethink that and take it down...being the nature of this Board.
