What does it mean to "do a 180"?

On the Surviving Divorce and Separation board, someone posted about "doing a 180", and said that this concept was discussed on this board.

Could someone summarize this concept, and/or provide the link to a thread where I can read more about this?

Thanks in advance.

To do a 180(if I understand) is to turn completely around and pretend that it doesn't mean anything that the WS is cheating or still on the fence. In other words to turn from a clinging crying weak person to a strong independent powerful person. Even if you still hurt inside. Hope that makes sense LOL HMM dont remember the link but it's here somewhere.

It can also be talking about the cheating spouse, too.

You really have to go way back to find it. If you type in "find messages about" section, 180 or Relationship 180 you will come up with very useful discussions about it also. It helped me a lot, it is hard on the beginning (you have to make changes)but ones you start rolling, you feel the power back to you. I pasted for you, here it is..... Good Luck.....
