What's a GOOD settlement?
My husband is an adulterer.
Does something like 60/40 and 1/2 of his business sound good? aggressive enough?

Any settlement close to how things would play out in court that is agreed to quickly is an excellent settlement.
Otherwise, the lawyers end up with a large percentage and that doesn't even include the hassle factor.
Only your attorney can answer that question. I know in FL where I divorced my exh the fact that he had A's had absolutely nothing to do with the D. FL is a no fault D state. In FL things are pretty much split 50/50 and the court will not allow emotion to come into play with the decision.
