Have posted on the thread "how did you find out". Found a positive pregnancy test on Friday nite. We havent had sex for years. I havent spoken to her as yet but plan to this week. I'm not angry with her as my neglect over the years due to poor work life balance has contributed to the decline in our marriage. We recently discussed things but with no real agreed outcome - only that she stated she didnt want a divorce & that she wasnt looking for a relationship elsewhere

what do i feel about myself........i havent fully explored that yet. Ive searched deep & recognised the errors that i have made & am working on making myself a better person.
Every problem has a solution & in most cases we take the easiest one on offer without exploring all of the alternatives. Life is a journey with many challenges & we each approach those challenges differently. The decisions that i've made recently were some of the easiest that Ive had to make. Dealing with them that is another matter..it will require strength. Nobody is perfect & we all make mistakes sometimes with tragic consequences. There are no guarantees in life & life is too short to be filled with bitterness & hate.Our family unit will survive & prosper - in what form i dont know.

firstly i am so sorry that you find yourself here... i am a little confused by your post... your W is having an A?? and she is pregnant?? are you sure the pregnancy test is hers?
