Kathy

You can't figure this out on your own. I've always prided myself as being a fairly smart person. I realized early that I didn't have the skill set to do this on my own. Now, ten months later, I know as a fact, I could not have coped with this without a shrink. I hope you are getting individual therapy.

Work the 180 list. If you don't know what that is, ask!

The fact that he has not given up the OM is a very big deal. He has to do that immediately and have no contact with her before anything can happen. And he has to do this on his own or what good is it.

"Please keep me in your thoughts all of this is so very hard and this is only the beginning."

Yes, this is the beginning. When I first found out about my wife's infidelity, I could not ever see me ever being happy again. I could not see an end game where I would be happy. That will change for you. You can do this. Chin up. Keep posting.
