What a great point! I think that is what makes it so hard is none of us wanted any of this and coming to terms with it while staying true to ourselves as well as our children makes it a very hard road to travel.


As for him being on meds no he is not, he self medicates in ways that make his issues far worse.

I think that depression as well as other mental illness does play a huge part in that need to escape reality. To take risks that they would not normally take.There is the amazing book I read called depression fall out, what an eye opener it was for me, there is a Website as well I will post the link
