It's been 5 weeks since I broke up with my bf of 18 months. Why is it that women always soften with time? I've been through the grieving stage but keep returning to sadness. I know it is normal to miss him but I'm am starting to think I made a mistake. I thought writing a list of the reasons would help me to validate them. I wrote them below and would appreciate anyone's thoughts. These are good reasons aren't they?
IT WAS NOT OK TO BE TALKING WITH OTHER WOMEN ON THE INTERNET!
IT WAS NOT OK TO HAVE 5 PROFILES ON THE INTERNET!
IT WAS NOT OK TO SLEEP WITH ANOTHER WOMAN!
IT WAS NOT OK TO DRINK EXCESSIVELY 4-5 TIMES A WEEK!
IT WAS NOT OK TO FORGET MY BIRTHDAY!
IT WAS NOT OK TO NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR FORGETTING MY BIRTHDAY!
IT WAS NOT OK TO INVITE HIS WON ALONG ON OUR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY NIGHT OUT!
IT WAS NOT OK TO BREAK UP WITH ME 5 TIMES IN 10 MONTHS!
IT WAS NOT OK TO TREAT ME SO DISRESPECTFULLY!
IT WAS NOT OK TO KEEP ME HANGING ON FOR 18 MONTHS WHEN
KNEW HE DIDN’T WANT A RELATIONSHIP!
IT WAS NOT OK TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT WITH THAT GIRL AT THE LAKE
WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!
NOTHING HE DID WAS OK!
QUIT MAKING EXCUSES FOR HIM!
YOU DESERVE MORE!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, he is not worthy of you..so your question??
You are missing someone..spend time with the girls and people who value you...get a spa treatment...just don't weaken.
Here is mine:
No it was not ok to break up every month
No it was not ok to have secret IM friends WHO YOU MET when on vacation with me (and I knew nada about)
No it was not ok to be angry and me all the time
No it was not ok to question who I was with and where I was ...there is a thing called TRUST??
