well it's been kind of 6 months since my 7 years old boyfriend left me.At first he told me that he is breaking up because the relationship is not going anywhere bcoz of our different religious faith.Later i found out that he was seeing this girl ( who is supposely engaged to another boy)They both study together and they have been doing some group work (which of course i was not aware of)when i saw that he was becoming distant,he told me that i was just paranoid.finally he told me in march it's better to break upo because i was the one suffering. Two days later i saw him with his supposelu girlfriend ,caressing her hair. When i askedim since when this has been going on he told me since he left me but i believe they well pretty close before that and it was the reason he left me.HE ALWAYS KEPT SAYING HOW THIS GIRL WAS HIS IDEAL WOMAN.anyway i am still hurting, and he is so indifferent.everything is going pretty well on his side..He maybe getting engaged pretty soon with this girl and i am still wrecked and it hurts badly.I just wished it would be over soon and i can get on living my life.

I know everyone is different and grieves in different ways and everyone has their own time limit, but 6 months is as long as you should let it go on, expecially if he is thinking about becoming engaged to someone else now, I am not saying it isnt going to sting of course it will, at one time you thought that would be you with him, and especially if you dont have anyone else in your life it will just seem so unfair that he gets to move and you havent yet. My ex had a new girlfriend within 2 weeks of our breakup, it hurts like hell believe me I know, if you are having trouble with it do what I did, I went to see a therapist on monday and I think it is really going to help. Sometimes and outside party who isnt a friend helps with a different perspective on things.
