The hardest times of the day are when I am going to bed and waking up.

Hey rossjack -

I remember feeling that. Oh it sucked. I used to wake up at 4 or 5am every day. It was like I had to be reminded that there was no one in bed with me and no one to comfort me and help me back to sleep...

Some things I would do, was sleep with a dim light on, so that when I woke up it wasn't so dark and lonely, or I would immediately turn on the TV and watch the Today show. I have a TV in my room so it helped. Or I would try to get up and start getting ready immediately

Mornings are the worst. My friend who broke up with her fiance a few months ago, would take sleeping pills. It helped her and I know I should have done that on my worse days. I would recommend non addictive sleeping pills so that you can sleep through the night and wake up rested.

Oh also, I would recommend sleeping diagonal on your bed so you take up all of it. It's very comfortable. :)

Good luck to you!
