My husband and i have been on a rollercoaster for the past 2 years. we separated because of a violent night in June. I was decided to go thru with the divorce but he insisted in us working things out and promised me he would change. I allowed him back in the house because we started talking for about 1/5 month after separated and he would show me that he had changed and now he is doing the same things that gets me angry. The nightmare and controlling man is back. I was supposed to take the rest order away and my attorney filed a motion to remove it and we are waiting for a date but i don't know what to do. If I tell him to leave he will not want to leave and if I go to the court he might be taken to jail because they might see it as a violation of the rest. order that he's in the house, help! How can I get him out? (FYI: the house is in my name) can I ask for an order to get him out of the house from the courts in massachusetts? there is also a restraining order in place that i was going to take away but i don't know what to do? if I go to court will they question me why I allowed him to get back in the house since I still have a rest order? will this affect the validation of the rest order if I go to the courts?
I hate myself for trusting him one more time and allowing him to play with my mind again, he's never going to change.
Any help would be appreciated.

You have to consult your attorney right away with these issues. He or she is the only one who can really help you out of this. Guessing your way will make a bigger mess out of this. I've never seen a more clearer need for attorney advice.
I'm sorry and hope this all works out.
