Horrible way to lose weight!

Has anybody else noticed how the weight just falls off after a breakup? It is hard to eat, plus I notice my metabolism is kicked into high gear. I can lose 4 pounds in one night without even trying!

Everybody naturally assumes you are losing weight to "sharpen up the bait" for the next one. That is the last thing on my mind - I don't want to even be around any men until I can heal this latest wound!

I always lose weight right after a breakup, I'm thrilled right now because I can get into some jeans that were pretty much out of the question since January, woohoo! The weird eating patterns, as in *not*, the extra crying washing out all those fat-retaining stress hormones from your body (scientific fact), you're right, it's a terrible way to lose weight....

The upside to it is buying a cute new top and some awesome jeans to show off some new curves and look highly fabulous, which of course, is a good thing when you unexpectedly run into the ex (eat your heart out, pal) or some cute new guy (hello, stranger) ;)

Just try to eat healthy when you do finally feel your regular hunger coming back.
