I know exactly what you mean--sometimes I feel like my tears will never stop. But, they do. And it's all part of the grieving process. Let yourself cry. You will stop. I promise.
Try writing about your feelings. Sometimes venting on paper helps me calm down.
I know you are right , I just never thought it would be so hard! I cant seem to snap out of it. Cant work, cant eat, dont think about anything but him. And to make things worse he has a 2 year old that I have been mommy to for the last year and a half. And I cant understand why I am so upset over someone who verbally abussed me and I left!
I know exactly what you mean--sometimes I feel like my tears will never stop. But, they do. And it's all part of the grieving process. Let yourself cry. You will stop. I promise.
Try writing about your feelings. Sometimes venting on paper helps me calm down.
