I've posted a few times before but never in great detail.

Personally, I dont think there are any remedies to stop thinking about someone.

Like you and Ronnie, I am going through the same thing. I've thrown myself back into dating and since I've gone out every night since the break up with friends to get my mind off everything, I've been asked out. And even though I've gone out with other guys, I still find myself heartbroken and thus, posting at 7am. I am just worried I will never feel this way about anyone esp since my ex and I were married, I asked for a divorce, moved out, and then we started dating again. I actually think breaking up now as bf/gf hurts than the divorce. I would do anything to get my mind off him and to move on. I've been great on the N.C. rule since I started reading this board Sat, and I am very thankful for that.

I know I am offering no advice, but know that someone is going through the same thing. And the whole facebook thing makes all of it worse, doesn't it! ugh. I am trying to avoid facebook and seeing what his friends are up to. I'm sorry you are going through the this. Just know you're not the only one trying to stay sane.

Hi ivil_blue,

It's not easy to forget someone and it's even harder sometimes to process all the grief and anger you feel. When you wake up in the middle of the night, write him an UNSENT letter or journal write.
