None of what happened in the relationship is your fault. The outcome would not have been different if you had said this or done that. Breakups happen for more fundamental reasons, such as incompatibility or being at different stages of life.

I don't think time heals all wounds (e.g., death of a child) but I do think it heals virtually all breakup wounds. I can promise you the pain will ease off. Your job now is to work on accepting that the relationship is over.
