List of "helps!" Add to it!

So all I seem to have been doing here is asking, asking, asking. It has been almost a week now and though I am the one who left I have experienced shock, numbness, the guilt and confusion of incessantly fielding his questions and begs (issue of its own I need HELP with) and hit a rock bottom low of fearing the world and wondering why I was gone from the most comfortable thing I have had in a long time. Whew. It has sucked but I am still being strong :-\ and here is what has helped. Add to the list anything else that has helped you move forward and picture what amazing life is ahead of you for the molding...

-Splurge on nice new linens and change them out for comfy, more solid sleeping.
-Redecorate in general to give a new "feel" to each room
-Purchase a new summery perfume that will make you feel new and excited - spray on sheets
-Plan trips/vacations with family and friends and IGNORE the fact that you think it won't be fun. It will if its not immediate and you stay really busy with neutral, healthy, natury and educational things.
***Side note here: AVOID DANCE CLUB BARS AND SINGLE SCENES! At least for me it was creepy and a big pitfall and only made me want to go back.***
-Hang out in the SUN or near running water - both mood lifters. Bring the books: "It's called a break-up because its broken" and "Slowing down to the speed of life." Both will help you realizing that embracing life is more important than analyzing it. Do not be scared of these books like I first was! SO LIBERATING!
-If you drink, let yourself if you know you can handle it. But know your drunk-dial/emotional cutoff point! IMPORTANT!
-If you don't have a work-out routine each day, get one. Even if it's walks.
-De-clutter: it cleanses the soul as well!
-Buy new clothes even if its only one new shirt that you feel amazing in.
-Try one new hobby this summer! The world awaits the new people we are about to become!
