Anxiety and obsessive thoughts are hard to overcome. Definitely talk to a doctor about that because until you are able to deal with the issues, medicine can help. In the meantime, take it one day at a time, one hour at a time if you have to. Helping yourself at that meeting can actually teach you how to do with those feelings, too.
