This poem really helps me

I'm not sure what it's called or who srote it, but it helps me feel better when I'm down.
After a while
you learn the subtle difference
between holding a hand
and chaining a soul
And you learn that love
doesn't mean leaning
and kisses aren't contracts
and presents aren't promises
And you begin to accept your defeats
With your head up high
and your eyes wide open
with the grace of a woman
not the grief of a child
You learn to build
all your roads on today
because tomorrow's ground
is to uncertain for plans
And futures have a way
of falling down in midflight
And after a while
you learn that
even sunshine burns
if you get too much
So you plant you own garden
and you decorate you own soul
instead of waiting for someone
to bring your flowers
And you learn that
you really can endure
you really do have strength
and you really do have worth
And you learn and you learn
and you learn and you learn
with every good-bye, you learn.

I've not seen that poem in a long time but it's a great one!
Thanks for posting it
