Is there any way?

My girlfriend broke up with me after a year of dating. I thought she'd never leave and now I'm deep in depression. She told me things just didn't feel the same as they used to, but I think that was my fault. I wasn't listening to her enough, and I didn't have a positive attitude most of the time. I've changed, and I'm ready to do anything I can to get her back. I just miss her and I can't see myself with anyone else. Is there any possible way I can get her back? I would do almost anything for her to be with me again, I just don't know what to do!

Ever since it happened it seems like life is in slow motion, and it was going by so fast. I hate this feeling, and I need her back. What do I do? I can't let her go.

Welcome to the board nathan339,

You can tell her that you will honor her decision even though you disagree with it and keep your dignity, self-respect and then focus on you and your healing.

Yeah, you're right. Maybe i'll just try to be happy, and she'll see how i've changed that way. Thanks a lot for the help.
