Weekend is here -- need to stay strong

I broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years last Sunday. I love him but I can't be with someone who deals and does drugs. I've got a daughter, a home, a life that I don't want to lose because of him. He's currently out on $150,000 bond, that his parents paid using their house as collateral. He's hasn't stopped dealing, he tried, but he just craves that life of drugs. I miss his family and I miss him. I keep thinking if only he would get help, go to rehab or just stop, it would be fine. But I don't think he can!

I need to stay strong and I know it will be hard over the weekend when I'm alone. Please send me encouraging words, helpful tips or just something to know that I am not alone and that I can get through this.

He is a druggie loser than does not deserve the honor of being around your daughter. No matter how much you love him, he does not love himself and therefore will never be able to really have a relationship. You deserve more.

thank you, thank you, thank you! Sometimes all I need is someone to remind me that there is other things to do then worry about my exboyfriend!

pjay_67...

PG would like to add as PS!

As much as you are capable of loving anybody...that love is SECONDARY if the person you love refuses to realize he has a problem!

And by the way, this is the time to "call friends, family, and others you count on for a little moral support!" Don't be afraid to ask BECAUSE THERE'S STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!

Good Luck!
