I'm feeling really bummed today, which feels especially sucky considering I had been feeling a bit "better" the last couple of days.

((Cait))

The process of ending involves many ups and downs. I PROMISE you that the more time you have under your belt, the easier it gets. There are still down times, but they aren't as severe and they don't last as long. I know exactly how you feel regarding your friend canceling on you. I get that a lot too. It happens to people that have good hearts :)

Calling XAP is NOT the answer. I used to be so happy for the 2 minute phone call from the bathroom of a restaurant when he was out to eat on the weekend with his family. How pathetic does that sound?

Turn your day around. You have the power to :) Make a list of all the positive things in your life and think about each one. Keep reading and don't give in and call him - promise?

WIWWE,

<< I walked, I raked, I planted bulbs. I thought about the symbolism in that -- hope for beauty in the springtime when all this muck will be a distant memory...and it will!.>>

Yes, honey, it will.... and what you managed to do today speaks volumes as to how you are turning "Lemons into Lemonade." Spending time outside can do wonders for the soul too. I spent loads of time outside after I ended my A. I know for a fact it soothed my restless mind, and provided the much needed comfort that my broken heart cried for. There is nothing more powerful than mother nature, IMO. Of course she throws a temper tantrum now and then too, so we must respect her as well. ;-)

You will have days like this, but you put your time to good use and this is benefiting you more than you know.

And ((Cait))...it will get better, honey. WIWWM is right. Keep reading and posting, and let time do her magic.

((Hugs))

((((((((Cait, WiWWM))))))

You're not alone. This must be CRAZY DAY on the farm! :) Im feeling the lethargic, dull, tugging heart pain as well today.

Im glad you took the opportunity to get OUTSIDE, that Is sooo Cathartic.

I chose to lay in bed - and just woke up at 6:30pm. Everytime I'd start to rouse from sleep - I felt the burden & ache

Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart... Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens. I started looking inside and went NC October 15, 2010
