6 Months- Supertweenerville
| Tue, 07-27-2010 - 12:07pm |
Today, I celebrate 6 months. 6 months of my freedom from the A. 6 months of rebuilding my life and my M. 6 months of working to recapture my DH's trust and love.
I certainly don’t have any super enlightening insight to share, (I think I used that all up in my 90 days speech),

Hello Jane,
I've been waiting the last couple of days to get this post. Do you know what an inspiration you are? You have given me wind under my wings when I was too tired to fly; you have given me hope in a future when I had lost my own, and you have shown me that regardless of whether we can salvage our Ms, there is a real life to be lead outside of an A, that we alone are worth the ending and that true reflection, accountability and restoration are concepts as liberating as they are scary.
On the days I am lost, I read your blog, and I want you to know that you have made the road a little smoother up ahead for me

You've been "super" since day one.

Congratulations, Jane, and thank you for all of the support you have shown our readers and posters. Being a Tweener/Super Tweener comes with some responsibility, so those who think that 3 or 6 months out means it's a free ride around here...THINK AGAIN. ;-)
The first 6 months are and will be the toughest to reach. Many fall off the apple cart somewhere between 3 and 6 months, so your odds of having this over and done with

Hooray for you, Jane!!! What an amazing woman you are! And you most certainly have not used up your enlightening insight. I learn from you EVERY DAY as I read your EAS posts and your blog. I am the one who should be thanking you for sharing this journey. You have lifted me out of some of my darkest times. I am so grateful for the support you've not only given me, but everyone on this board.
You are a true pillar of strength and wisdom.
Congratulations to you on reaching another milestone!

Jane,
I cannot tell you how happy it makes me each time I see a post reaching another milestone!
It’s hard work! It’s earned! It’s an achievement!
You worked the program here and you helped others work it even on days you struggled.
Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.
Congrats Jane, so very proud of you!
