Hi Kristin,


You've recieved a lot of great advice and I just want to chime in to say that it's possible to live in dysfunction for so long that getting away from it can sometimes feel uncomfortable and out of place.


The thing about dysfunction is that you can go on autopilot after a while and you don't have to work hard to stay in it. It's just the path of least resistance many times.


One way to know that it is not a lie is because lies take covering up. For those with a concience, guilt and shame follow. If you are not trying to cover up anything, and you're not feeling guilt and shame only experiencing some uncomfortableness and newness then you are on the
