And Why Should I Care About This?

I waited a few hours and then messaged him back--a nice but short reply (first mistake). He then writes me back, blah blah blah and then ends his email with: BTW: "Mo" and her husband (this woman i have wondered if he has been chasing) are selling their house and moving 2 to 3 hours away.
Can i just ask: WHY am i supposed to care about this? Why in the world would he think i care about this? Does he suspect that i have wondered about a possible relationship with "Mo." Is he merely trying to rub this in my face--or is he trying to tell me--she's going to be gone soon? maybe none of the above?
He knows i don't like Mo's husband who has been extremely RUDE to me over little league issues. I am not really friends with Mo and her H. So how come XMM has to tell me this today? I see they have both been part of each other's worlds (Mo tells me recently that Xmm's son is possibly moving to my kids' school; and now i have to hear from xMM that "Mo" is moving). apparently, they are both on each other's minds? Yes. this could be because Mo's H and xMM coach together and see each other often, but i don't know. this is also very much his personality. when we used to talk, he would call me up and tell me all the news from the "fishbowl" as we call it. he has yet to respond to my email of last week informing him i was considering buying a local business here in the hood--which really is a big deal for me.
Am i reading too much into this? BTW: I am not responding back!
33 days until i am done with this little league thing!
