Hi everyone. Just want to say I am reading this book "The Angry Heart: overcoming borderline and addictive personalities." I know may not be applicable to all, but I see a common theme that runs on this board: addiction. I've found it helpful so far and am immersing myself in all the writing exersizes they recommend. It will take me a while to get through it all, but I know healing on my inside is in progress. Be prepared to write many many pages - 200 page note book divded into 5 categories you will write on. I'm finding some things very painful to write on and have to force myself so I can get to the part where I learn to be okay with it all.
