ANOTHER missed call!!!
| Tue, 01-12-2010 - 3:29pm |
Ok, so yesterday I was struggling and had a bad day with my brain being invaded by thoughts of xAP and then today I'm at lunch with my colleagues, I check my cell phone and there's a missed call...FROM XAP!!!
I didn't think I needed to block his number (because after we started this round of NC, because HE said HE didn't "want to do this anymore", I didn't think he would ever call again), but yet, here he is, the second time in 3 months, that I've had a missed call from him.

Gal, yes, block his number or change yours. You do not need this mental/emotional agony. Not at all. Many of them come creeping back out of the woodwork hoping to find a nibble to satisfy their hungry little egos, and yes, it is selfish and self centered.
PLEASE, do not let him get to you anymore. You can't possibly heal as long as he keeps picking at the scab, KWIM?
Take control of your life by do everything in your power to eliminate him from it.

Thanks,
So I found out I can't block specific numbers on my cell phone.
Hi Gal,
My XAP has the same patteren....about 6-8 weeks he contacts me. Ive broken once and replied(I was about 6 weeks in NC). I learned that lesson....mostly because I gave my power over to him...letting him decide if I got hurt or not.
I cant block his number either....but even if I could I think I would still wonder if the private name/number was him. I got a call from a california area code, which could have been him-if he got his orders. No message. My point is I think blocking 'em or deleting accounts(FB, myspace..ect) still leaves them the chance to contact us. I havent changed my number cause my goal is to move soon...so Ill have a new home line.
`side note` Are we still holding on to the A

It's nice to know I'm not alone.
