I am ashamed and embarrassed to be coming back to the board asking permission to be part of this community again.

WWWM,
You are most certainly welcome back here. You are not the first to fail the first attempt. Use it as a lesson and reminder that there are no answers and that it just doesn't matter.
I am sorry that you are hurting all over again. You will get through it this time, sweetie. In a few weeks you are going to be in such a better place. I couldn't give mine up either, and I was positively tortured by it all. But I can stand before you now and say I feel better than I have in over a year. You can feel this way too but it is going to take honesty on your part and its going to take some real deep digging and some hard work. You can do this, though. I have always had confidence in you. I am so glad you came back.

WIWWM,
Your request made me think of a song that my kids were singing around our house this morning....
"our door is always open, to a friend passes by, we are always happy to welcome a friend......"
Okay well the song IS after all a kids song!
Of course you can come back - don't you know that we are the home of people who do u-turns? It is never too late!!

I am sorry to hear of your struggle and your return in search of answers. Many of us have gone the same way as you and come to the same realization. The distraction and beating is temporary, I promise. Breathe in and out - read, read, read, do some journaling, write to us - talk - get it all out and formulate a plan of what you want. We are always here!
Much love,

Of course you can come back. EAS has a revolving door that is always operating 24/7. I am sorry you touched that hot stove again, but we have bandages and 1st aid cream to fix you right up, and lots and lots of hugs.

Here's one now......

PS - You know the drill, so no point in even going there. I'm just glad you found the courage to come back, although we would never turn away one of our own. ;-)

WWW,

Don't be ashamed ok? Be glad you came back for support which you will receive with love and from all who have gone down this path. You can do it, read and read and post when you can. Have a plan in place for how you will face those low moments and remember to be proud of yourself for each step you make towards healing:)
