I seem to remeber I had a Burns book around here (that I ignored) and was looking for it this morning in my vast self help section, :), but alas, I can't find it.
Ohhh you're so right - about dealing with CURRENT issues - and breaking down what you're thinking and where that thinking comes from and how to reframe it and rephrase it!
