I know I have posted as many others have about how we all need to really begin to look within ourselves in order to heal from the nightmare of an A. What are we made of. How can each of us pull out our strengths and work on our weaknesses? We can do it by sharing with each other the good points about ourselves and perhaps one area of your character you'd like to improve. I'll go first. List some positive character traits about you and then one you would like to work on.

I am loving and kind. I am honest. I am easy going.

I want to work on my self discipline by improving organizational skills and actively reaching for my goals by including a deadline to achieve them.

Go for it!

New here (visited 4 mos ago) and have been reading your posts as well as others on positive thoughts, etc. and couldn't resist this one. Just ending EMA and need all the strength I can get. Here goes:

I'm a very generous and sincere person who puts others happiness above my own. I am honest (EMA is first act of dishonesty) and once I step back from this whole A and allow some time to pass for healing, insight, etc. I think I will see things from a new perspective. Right now I'm in pain over the loss of my MM but tomorrow is a new day. Plan to spend it w/ my H trying to make things work. Y'all will be seeing a lot of me. Need all the support and help I can get. Thanks ladies.
