Hello All,
I just wanted to send a check-in after taking some time away from the board. I think I burnt out there for a bit - taking too much in and feeling a little overwhelmed.
Couple that with too much close work lately involving ex-AP, and well it has been a tough couple of weeks. I continue to read everything posted, and plod away at this unpredictable journey.
Generally, I am feeling better and have reached a fairly comfortable routine of working on my own, and with xAP. It's still very very very tough to be in LC, and the nature of our academic/research relationship makes LC at times beyond challenging. Especially when he fishes.
Overall though, I have put boundaries in place like never before, in many areas of my life, and I feel so hopeful about my future, my family and my healing journey. So, that's me, and in case anyone was wondering -- yes indeed I am still 'here' loving & learning from each of you.
Much love to all,
TU.

Thanks for checking in, TU. Believe it or not, I was just thinking about you this morning before you even posted.

Yeah! Good for you TU,
I’m glad to hear you are standing strong and growing each step of the way. That is what it is all about. You have shown incredible strength in the most trying times of LC. You restore a little more of yourself through each test of patients and strength and your endurance is amazing!
Much love and big hugs,
E1
Whether you think you can or you think you can’t you are probably right.
