I am so sorry for your pain. Breaking NC is always a mistake, but even bigger mistake was to contact him knowing his wife and your husband are staying in touch and your marriage is already at stake.

I hope you will learn from this and will leave xap alone once and for all, and maybe further down the road when you're healed and able to recommit to your marriage fully, you and husband will have another chance. It seem like he still loves you - even after dday he was unsure of moving out. But you really have to commit to full end, complete halt.

I would also say that was very heartless of your xap to out you to his wife too - when he could sense you're hurting and missing him - but he is working on his own marriage and your feelings are not his priority, and actually never were. We all want to know they really loved us and are missing us and they didn't just discard us like we never mattered...well, now you know the truth.

Hugs,
Gone

KS- My heart is breaking for you. I am so so sorry this happened, but I want to thank you for sharing your story here. It's so hard to learn from others, but I believe we really do that here. During my 137 days of NC, I have wanted to do what you have done on many occassions and I have stopped myself. But it wasn't easy and it would have been easier to reach out... and then suffer the consequences as you are now. We are all here for you. You will get through this. Keep moving forward. Keep sharing here.

Hugs,
