Daisy, it does not good to sit there and relegate whippings to yourself continually. Block his numbers - I've included the Sprint info below. It took me all of about 4 seconds on google to find it.
that being said - you need to commit here. It sounds like you are getting there, but you haven't let go of him yet. The fact that he continues to contact you - and you him - and he WILL find other ways - you need to make a choice about it. While you have taken a great step in deleting your Yahoo account, I won't for one second think that is the only way he can get to you.
This is a mental game in a way for him - and now that you know about his AM account - it is one more log on the fire of crap for you to sit there and worry about - choose not to. WHO CARES if his wife is on AM - (I seriously hope you didn't buy that crap story) You are right when you say you are NOT his wife. YOU have a life of your own that you say you want to reinvest in. I know it isn't so easy - I KNOW. You must mentally block him - each time you think about him - find something else to do - make cookies (deliver them to a neighbor), run errands, write a letter to your H, journal, run, read a book, post here - whatever you NEED to do to remove the habit of reaching out to him. We are here, we do understand.
Now - block him. Restrict numbers on your Sprint cell phone. To restrict, or block, a phone number, it must first be in your cell phone contact list. Go to your "Settings" option (if you don't see this feature on your phone, check your cell phone documentation). Scroll down the Settings options, select the "More" option, scroll to the "Restrict and Lock" option and select it. If a prompt for your lock code displays, enter the last 4 digits of your cell phone number. Select the "Restrict Voice" option and select the "Incoming Calls" option. Review the options. Depending on your cell phone, you can either restrict all incoming calls or a specific number.
Welcome back to NC. You can do this. Your JAM is toxic, plays mind games, and needs to be excommunicated from all facets of your life. Lolly gave you instructions on how to block him from your cell phone, so like Nike says, "Just do it." You will be feeling much better in a week's time once you know he can't manipulate you anymore. Only you can stop the hurting, honey. Keep reading here, spend tons of time in the Healing Library, and start building up that resolve we all have inside of us.
