Has _anyone_ here accomplished a successful platonic post-A friendship with xAP? Lurkers? Anyone who posts, but would _never_ admit to breaking NC?

Here is why you cannot be friends with AP, if you are still married anyway:

KMG6,
This is heartbreaking. I'm so sorry that happened to you and your family. I do not intend to be friends with X, and although I have not had a D-day with my H, I intend to never again deceive or disrespect his trust again.

I pray for your healing and I hope that you will join EAS for the support and encouragement you need.

All the best,
Dee

Like the others, I can't offer much. But I am truly sorry this happened to you.

WC,

Are you suggesting that the sheep don't yet know that they are being lead to the slaughter?

This slaughtered sheep swears the door to the abattoir said, "Welcome to the Funhouse".

Some threads are definately more helpful than others and to me, this one hit home.

I have been trying to come to terms with NC and really move forward with my life. I hate the drama and roller coaster that comes with this A and need to free myself of it. We are LC at this point but Im more ready each day for complete and total NC. At one point, you really just get sick of it.

It certainly is a minute by minute and day by day process in the begining but I do see the light and cant wait to get there. Cant wait to get my Tweener wings. Hell, Id settle for my Pre Tweener badge within 6 months.

Love all of you guys, you help me stay focused through all this fog.
