Energy Level
On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest), how is your energy level today?
Today I am somewhere around a 3 - I don't feel completely strong, more just neutral.
The day has just started for me I am on my way to work, here are my levels:
Energy level - 4 - starting my morning off with a quick bike ride is helping my energy levels!
Stress level - 2 - so far so good, I am thinking positive thoughts to help me through the day. I need to do this to work harder at changing all my interactions throughout the day. being positive in only one area of my life isn't going to get me very far!
Quality of sleep - 4 - I have always been a light sleeper, however with the start of working to make changes I am sleeping very well. maybe a little to well as I slept past my alarm:)
Self -Esteem - I am starting to have a better outlook on how I view myself, yesterday I felt like I was at a 4 today it's about a 3 1/2!
I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad and Father-in-law. Losing a parent must be very difficult my thoughts are with you. Have a nice day lolly, enjoy that moment from the wolf whistle:)
Getting Throughsdays - I like it :)
I just read the book "The Happiness Project" - the first chapter talked about "vitality" and a lot of what you posted about - sleep, exercise, organizing, and energy.
Energy Level
I'd say I'm a 3.5 today - it's cold and gloomy here today - wishing I could be cozy at home instead of here at work.
Stress Level
Fortunately, stress is only about a 1 today! Mon - Wed were 10's, so I'm thankful for that.
Quality of Sleep
I don't need a lot of sleep, and I've never been one to really toss and turn, I'd give last night a 5.
Self-Esteem
Somewhere in the middle today - I'd say 3.5. Not feeling low, not feeling high - just "being" today.

Energy level - I would say that it is at about a 4...didn't get a chance to exercise today. :( But I ran yesterday!
