I looked up type a control freak, the description I read fits me, it was a very interesting read. I like being more aware, it is really expanding my thoughts!
Have a nice evening:)
Thank you for the congrats, reading and posting has been so helpful to me. Thank you also for the suggestions, putting a plan together for my shaky and unsure moments will help keep me focused. I can't post at work but I can read and with journalling during the day it will help with my thoughts and also be good for me to add in a journal to how what I have read is helping me:)
Have a nice evening!
Have a nice evening!
The change that most stands out to me is that i am realizing how hard this process is and that I am now willing to go the long hard distance and being aware of the hard work will see results down the road. It's not effortless at this point I have a long ways to go! Thank you for your encougaring words Michelle your posts and style brings a smile on every time and I
love your energy!
Hope you had a fantastic vacation:)
Hey Jen!
I'm late too...but congrats on NC day 33!!!
I am 8 days smoke free! It is hard at times and I will continue to work hard at changing this bad coping skill I used to deal with stress. I am getting additional tips from smoke free websites which has been helpful!
Have a nice evening:)
You are so right about not needing those two bad addictions:). I am 8 days smoke free, it's hard at moments but I am going to work hard to overcome this. The withdrawels are playing funny games with me and I don't feel like laughing when it happens but one day I will shrug of those mind games I create:)
Have a nice evening:)
