Okay ladies...I have a question.
What could YOU do starting tomorrow that would be different from what you are doing today that will help you to keep your mind off of the MM/OM? What habits would you TRULY like to break that relate to him that you know you could change to help yourself to heal?

IT'S WHEN WE DEMAND THINGS FROM OURSELVES AND TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION THAT WE TRULY SEE CHANGE.
I would like to cut down this obssessive mail checking down from 20-30 times to just two or three times a day. Can I do it?
