Hello,
Iddy, is it possible to start a new category for homework kinda stuff? I see this as different from the Healing Library, in that it would "house" information with specific exercises that actually assist posters WITH the healing exercises. 'Cause once we get to the point of recognizing, say for instance, I got abandonment issues, well great - I understand that, but how the heck do imove beyond understanding that? How do I move toward resolving these issues?
Well - come on over to the Homework club and find some resources/exercises/homework for that ... kwim? I know that this wouldn't/couldn't/shouldn't replace individual counseling/therapy, and that wouldn't be the intent, but for lots of very good reasons getting/accessing counseling isn't always possible or feasible. This would at least give people a place to start, or to continue working on themselves between their T sessions.
So what do you think? Can we get a new section added?
There has been some interest, but I am not sure what our possibilities are.
Thanks,
TU.

wait - okay, i know a possible suggestion will be to move on to After the Affair for that kinda stuff - but WAIT NO, I don't want to start with a new board, I want us to find our home here! These exercises could be of really good benefit to lurkers and newbies alike too!
genius idea - I'd totally share the interesting excercise with patterns (recognizing patterns)
Ilovethisidea.
I look forward to your reply, Iddy!!! :)
TU,
While I think a homework section would be great, I have no authority over adding new sections. I would have to write to CMTasha but she is probably not around until Monday. Seriously though, they are not too thrilled with adding more sections to the board. Messenger was very lucky that she could get the Healing Library off of the ground because they were going to shorten the amount of sections already on EAS.
