How do you find strength to go on???

I can't say I am "new" here. Have been stalking this site for quite some time, but now I just need a few words of hope from you strong ladies. I am at the bottom of my pit. I cannot believe I have so many tears left inside of me after what I've already shed!
I recently (1 month ago) ended my one and a half year A.

Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.
Cant,
I feel for you, I really do. I havent posted much lately but I had to reach out to you because your post touched me.
My A also lasted around 18mths and ending it was the most difficult thing that I have ever had to do and I am still recovering. It is a long process and one that cannot be rushed. You will learn so much on this journey but you have to 1st, be strong and the women here are strong and wise. Listen to them and follow their advice. They have been through it and will help guide you when the fog is so thick that you are unable to find your own way.
I want to point out a few things that struck me in your post. You mentioned how much you love XMM and I dont doubt that you do but that love hasnt been enough to leave your respected spouses for a life together. If you were THAT miserable, you would move mountains to be together. If the love was THAT strong and steadfast, you would not have to say goodbye. But Cant, I have learned that A love is different than real love. "A love" is blind, it doesnt see those faults that XMM really does have. Im sure your XMM is kind, gentle and caring, mine was too and I loved him so much but its not a life long lasting love.
Since you have been lurking, I am sure you have read how A's change us, they chage who we are. We put up and tolerate actions that we never would have in a real relationship.
Cant,
Honey you have gotten some great advice from E1. She is spot on so please take it and run with it, you are very lucky to have had her chime in here.
You will get there!!!

I could not wait to log on to see if anyone had replied. I appreciated you telling me what I NEED to hear, as opposed as to what I WANT to hear.
Thank you for taking the time to reply. Thank you! THANK YOU!!
I am printing off your responses so I can read and re-read more easily.
Everything you have told me has already helped-as I knew it would. I see a long journey ahead of me, but I don't feel alone thanks to you all....
It is not part of my make-up to continually cry about my problems, so I will not be posting much, but be assured I WILL continue my daily ritual of coming here !
God bless you all
Can't you are very lucky to have GMLB post to you she is an overcomer and has much to share with you about her journey!
Big hugs,
E1
