New to this board (couple days), but have seen what can happen on some boards when people do not agree with your posts. How safe is this? Seeing some feedback that looks like sugarcoated nastiness here and there.

blink~

Mostly the posts here are supportive....there are posts that tend to be more "harsh" but usually because they speak the truth, which is sometimes the hardest to read and hear. I know I've read some posts and thought "wow, that's harsh" immediately followed by "but true!" lol. For the most part, its "safe"...the boards that get attacked the most are the "my affair" boards because the people there are actively engaging in affairs. The trolls, for the most part, leave us alone here because we are actively trying to end things....so maybe they just don't bother. On occasion, there is a person that comes here questioning our actions and motives and may get nasty....I just ignore them because they have never walked in our shoes.

Post often...even when its slow...just posting here keeps us busy and not emailing, calling, talking to exMM (or MW)

I agree with what dharma had to say, but wanted to add that some of the boards are designed to be debate boards so pay attention to the description of the board.

I always felt safe posting here.

Good luck.
