Why are xAP's considered jerks when they want to end the affair?

Have to take everything with a grain of salt. Everyone on this board is going to have a jaded opinion for one reason or another. Just assume that affairs are painful and people are going to deal with that pain in different ways.

Hi victory,

Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.

Hey Vic!

I think because women are emotional and men are logical (not always good in both instances) that emotions are brought into the mix.

Hi vic,

Well, I've always said it takes two to tango. I always recognized my role in the affair. But

Hi Victory,

I think that you have a great point.

There will be no flames from me. I don't hate my x-EAP. I am spending a lot of time soul searching trying to figure out how I let this happen and crossed the line. I really feel like I've lost a good friend....

Instead of anybody realizing my point, I get "read this thread" or "not everyone feels that way".

You use the word "hate" and I thought of anger (on steriods).

Hi Victory,
You said you are not talking about anyone in particular, but well yes I think you were also talking about me. And that's okay. I agree with you. The xAP's are not all bad people. It's just that , for me at least, I need the anger to get over the next hurdle! I can't explain it any other way. I need to focus on all the bad things about xAP, before I can focus on the poison of the A itself. I don't blame my xAP for all that happened, I am just as much to blame. But some of the things I write here, are purely being used for me to get some steps further in this whole process.
Without the anger I would only look at how nice the xAP is, or how friendly he could be, or how funny or whatever.
I don't know. It's kinda hard to explain.
