I thnk xMM gets it

even thought i told xMM that i would no longer be coaching or commissioning next year, he ignored that and sent me an email last week asking me to please "continue to carry the torch" that i've done such a great job at both, yada yada yada.

I igrnoed the message. Then when i had coaches here for a year-end wrap of meeting, I alluded to the issue that i woudln't be working in that capacity next season and put the job out there for volunteers.

I am pretty confident that xMM has gotten wind of this--for a number of reasons. I had work to turn into him about the stupid little leage (2 emails i had to send) and he has completely ignored them.

I think he's gotten the message, guys. What do you think? I saw him briefly yesterday--i was happy and having fun with my team and he seemed nervous and tense.

Our other friend--some of you might remember this--has equally decided not to work with xMM again--for nearly the same reasons i have. You know, you just gotta hope a guy like xMM can get the message when he loses 2 close friends over nearly the same issue-lack of acknowledgement.

I am so close, guys. Get me thru next weekend and then the real work begins.
