Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are probably right. A parrot can repeat what it has learned but the mark of true intelligence is applying what is learned.

IMEP,

Here is a tight embrace for you ((((hug)))). I know it hurts. We all know it hurts. Like E-1 suggested, scream into your pillow. You must believe that your heart will heal. Hang on to that thought to help get you past these unbearable pitfalls. You are a woman, the strongest creature on Earth. ((((hug))))--just in case you needed another one. :)

I'm sorry you are hurting, IMETP. Do you feel like this all of the time or did something trigger this episode?

Here'a a BIG ((Hug)) and a box of kleenix, and if you need to talk about this some more, please don't hesitate to share it with us. We are here for you, honey.

Hope today is a little bit better,

Hi IMEP-

We do understand. Every. single. one. of us here understands. You are not alone. In that moment- that frantic, painful, moment- it feels like it will never pass. But please, let so many of us here be a testatment to the fact that it does. It does pass. I am 125 days out of my A today. The first few days/weeks/months were excrutiating. But as time passes, you will heal. You will realize that the sun still rises each day and each day is an opportunity to choose to be happy. You are free now. You can put YOU and your family first. You are on the road to recovery

Just want to say hi and give you a big ((HUG)). I am in LC myself for quiet some time already, and last couple weeks were really lonely and dark. There are triggers all over the place when you're coworkers, and memories are really hard to deal with.

You're never alone, and every single person on this board can relate to the pain you're experiencing. It's just that LC makes you feel defeated, and wearing that happy face and pretending you're fine in front of your ex-lover when your heart is slowly breaking is so exhausting. So many times I was holding it together at work to only break down and cry in my car on my way home because pain was intolerable.

Go get that cheesecake and staff your face all you want, and get that glass of Pino or Merlot too. Spoil yourself because you're worth it. You can deal with pounds later. Treat yourself with love as a precious human being and a wonderful woman that you are. Everything else will fall into place in its own time.

((Hugs))
