Ok, I was sitting here feeling sorry for myself again, when I decided to make a list of all of the negatives. Boy I couldn't stop! So I took the paper and made a list and cut each one out and hung them all over my house. Example: "Do you want to sit here for years to come and cry while he's with his wife. You can change this!" This really helps me. It sounds crazy, but it works. I hung them on the fridge, mirrors, microwave, front door. Type out all of the negatives, cut them out and hang them up. It really helps a lot! Every time you go to the fridge, or look in the mirror, you'll see another reason to cut him loose! Good luck!

That really is a great idea!! That's what I use to always do when I was going through the questioning and the hurt. Focus on those negatives!!! You mess yourselve up if you think of the sweet things!! That is what hurts!! The negatives brings you back to reality of what you are really in and that there is really no hope in that type of relationship. I still have to use that method whenever he calls and it snaps me back into shape. We all deserve better!!! Good for you!! I am for what works for each person. As long as it isn't hurting anyone..do what is best for you to get over it!! Great idea!!
