Dreams are a rough one since it is your mind working out your subconscious issues. Try meditating on something really pleasurable as you are going to sleep - like a warm, tropical beach -- or shoe shopping (works for me!) And be sure that you don't allow yourself to lay too long in that half-sleep/half-awake state in the morning -- when you are not fully in control of your thoughts and might be more prone to think of things you'd rather not.
Good luck! I know it sucks. I have the same problem, although, less so now that some more time has lapsed.

I know what you mean about carrying around dreams after waking.
Thank you for these suggestoins.
You got me remembering back.
I tell myself every night as I go to sleep:
"your mind and heart have worked so hard today: give
yourself permission to sleep restfully"
That's very nice...I like it :)
