Since I'm M'd and have not had a d-day, I can't be as public with the mantras as I like -- but last night I posted a new on on my bathroom mirror: "Happiness and Health are a CHOICE; not an accident." This keeps me focused on the fact that i am in control of my destiny and that the story of my life is for ME to tell, not a play or book that is being played for me as I passively sit back and watch.

Hi Dee,

I just put this one on a note card and taped it on my computer at work:

Decide. Choose. Commit. Period.

It keeps me somehow in simple mode.

I also like the proverbial, "Silence is golden, silence is eloquent, silence is heard".....
