I admit that I have been obsessed with my xap. I still have him as a friend on the social networking site because we have so many of the same friends. And even though we don't communicate anymore, I would still obsessively look to see what he's doing. I know this is not healthy to say the least.

A couple of weeks ago, I read about and downloaded Leechblock (it's a firefox add on) and I now I can only get on the social networking site for a couple of hours a week. Yes, my crops are all withered :-) but I'm living life again. It has been a helpful for me, I hope it helps someone else.

siennajaden,

Thank you, but it would raise flags if I deleted him. Plus remember, I'm the one obsessing. He doesn't try to contact me. He does however talk to mutual friends and my sibs.

I guess I need to think about this some more. My feeling was that questions would be asked if I deleted him. Perhaps nobody really cares and I just built something up in my mind...

Maybe I should just drop the social networking site...

Thank you siennajaden.
