My (almost) 3 Week Testimony

I'm riding on the tail of Katniss's rainbow!

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks officially of NC, but I saw him today (fire drill) and wanted to share.

I don't know if he saw me (doesn't matter, right?)

Never, you've made my day! I've never had my very own rainbow, let alone anyone riding on the tail of it. How delightful. :)

(((Kat)))

The pain that is so palpable in Newbies' threads just breaks my heart and I cannot believe that I was there such a short time ago!!

Both of you ladies are making me beam from ear to ear. Isn't it amazing what 3 weeks can do? You both are certainly a testament to that.

Keep rock'n it!

NVR,

So happy to hear that you are feeling ambivalent toward seeing your ex-ap.

Alright MC you got it...for shizzle! **JUMPING HIGH FIVE FOR NSN** Ok, now down low...knuckle bump...and BLOW IT UP! :)

I echo everything said...and like Iddy reading these two posts made a wonderful day even better for me too! You are both doing so wonderful

NSN,
as you said the pain in the newbies is palabable. It sure is and it keeps us tweeners and vets on track to be reminded of that raw pain. This truly is a communal experience. And even in the 3 short weeks you have been here you can see that it is virtually a revolving door at times, and many times we get what I call "one and done" posters. And I admit at times that gets hard and exhusting, and I am not even the most regular of posters. SO I say that just to say that you have no idea how wonderful it is to see some real "WINS" in you and Kat. And that is not to say you wont have hard times. But both of you are working so amazingly hard and are so focused that I know you will make it through this.

And lastly I don't want to bring you down, but I will say that while the first three weeks is the hardest and ones focused on getting rid of the toxin of xap from our veins...often big growth comes with some hard introspective reflection. But not to worry we will be here to catch you on those days and help you to refocus on how wonderful your are dong and what a great gift you are giving to yourself and your family!

Celebrate tomorrow...3 weeks is HUGE!!! So proud of you...

Ok...High 5s up front and hugs at the end ((HUGS))

It makes my heart smile to read a post from someone who is really getting it. The feeling is as delightful as watching a daffodil burst from the ground and blossom. You and katniss are wonderful examples of the actualization, growth and beauty that comes from faith, commitment and action to get to a better place. Big kudos to you, sweetie.
