Well Happy....

I remember when I first got out, I was able to notice how FARRRRR out of control my life got. All areas. Physical, home, financial, relationships...etc. It was probably a combination of depression (bleak / hopeless/ lack of affect about the things going on around me) and full on obsession with the WRONG thing: jam.

I found it to be really spiritual and enriching to have FULL CONTROL of all my faculties and surroundings after jam, so ENJOY that you're NOTICING the "right" things.

Hi Looking,
I know what you mean. After years of being in the A and not really interested in my home ( I mean I had no time...I had to be available for the exAP) lol . I am now taking the time to redecorate and buy some new furniture etc. Its feels great to be focused on something other than the Affair.

Hi Looking,

I remember those days of chaos in my home and mind very well, I felt like I was drowing in it. The positive in this is you recognize it and can stop the chaos from invading all your spaces. You will feel so much better as you focus on you and clean those cob webs away. It is truly a freeing feeling to take those steps in a positive direction and get a better you back:)
