Welcome to the other side, Panda! We have a lot of new newbies with a ton of promise and developing insights to share. Why don't you start this tread on a good foot and tell us what brought you here and more about where you are in your Ending Process?
Hi Panda, and welcome to Endings. I hope your Newbie post is seen by others but we haven't had too many in the last week or so. That means you are going to get ALL of attention for now, so
As come with a radioactive half-life and they begin to break down and decay from the moment of interception. They are dead end Rs that emit toxins from the first contact to the last. That is why those the work with xAP and have LC have learned to put on hazmat suits to protect themselves (emotionally) from the toxins. Congrats. on making the choice to end yours and begin day one of NC. A long journey begins when you take the first step.
Continue to read especially in the Healing Library near the bottom of the main EAS page and continue to post as you go through your journey.
There will be some ups and downs as you proceed. You will have a lot of emotions to sort through and some grieving too. Well be here to support you through itJ!
Much love and big hugs,

Whether you think you can or you think you can’t you are probably right.

You are in safe hands here. Just read and post and you will get through this.
I am counting today as NC day 1 for me. I have been LC with XMM since January. I have been able to keep him at arms length and all business for most of the time and after a heated exchange today, I honestly dont think I even have to worry about fishing. Im pretty sure things will remail strictly business and I will be just fine if he has attitude towards me when we do share work duties.
Todays interaction made me see just how free I have felt the last few weeks. Ive returned to my life, children and marriage. Interacting with him today was a hassel and painful and LC is a pain in the A$$ so stick with NC, it really works. You and I can high 5 one another on July 27th.
Welcome. From reading your posts here, I can tell that you are ready. I can tell that you've done your homework and you know what you need to do. We will be here to support you in that. I am happy to have you in our community.
